Our team was at the International Association for Relationship Research (IARR) conference, which took place in London from July 31 to August 3, 2025.
Florence Léonard, a doctoral student in our lab, presented a data blitz entitled: “Dyadic empathy following childhood trauma: The role of hostile attribution bias in young adult couples.”
Marianne Emond, a doctoral student in our lab, gave an oral presentation entitled: “Partners’ Communicated Perspective-Taking and Relationship Satisfaction in Young Adult Couples: The Role of Positive Relational Experience During Conflict.”
Marie-Ève Daspe, the director of our lab, gave an oral presentation entitled: “Digital fight: A systematic review of technology-mediated conflict management in couples” as part of the symposium “Navigating Love in the Digital Age: Technology, Conflict, and Violence in Adolescents’ and Young Adults’ Romantic Relationships.”
Emmanuelle Maindron, a student who completed her Lab 2 and Lab 3 in our lab, presented a poster entitled: “The Interplay of Partners’ Dyadic Empathic Abilities and Their Associations with Sexual Satisfaction and Desire in Young Adult Couples.”
