Marianne Emond is the recipient of research doctoral scholarships

Congratulations to Marianne Emond for obtaining a doctoral scholarship from the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada (SSHRC) as well as for obtaining a doctoral research scholarship from the Fonds de recherche du Québec – Société et culture (FRQSC)!

Marianne Emond wins first place in the SynTHÈSE competition.

Congratulations to Marianne who won the “First Place” award in the SynTHÈSE competition that took place during the 2nd Interpersonal Relations symposium: Sexuality and Parenting. Her presentation was entitled “Social media, jealousy and violence in romantic relationships: An explosive cocktail”. This prize was also accompanied by a scholarship of $1500. Bravo!

Brenda Ramos wins public’s favorite in the SynTHÈSE competition

Congratulations to Brenda who won the “People’s Choice” award as public’s favorite in the SynTHÈSE competition that took place during the 2nd Interpersonal Relations Symposium: Sexuality and Parenting. Her presentation was entitled “Trauma, emotions and post-traumatic stress in adolescents”. This prize was also accompanied by a scholarship of $250. Bravo!
